Central heating & AC
  1. One thermostat runs heat and AC for the whole house (propane central heating).
  2. Heat or Cool, then set the temperature.
  3. Fan on Auto, then give it 10–15 minutes.

Step by step

  1. Find the thermostat in the hall between the kitchen and the bathroom. It runs the heating and the cooling for the whole house.
  2. To heat: set the mode to Heat and the temperature a few degrees above the room temperature.
  3. To cool: set the mode to Cool and the temperature a few degrees below the room temperature.
  4. Set the fan to Auto.
  5. Give it 10 to 15 minutes. You'll feel warm or cool air coming from the vents.
  6. Please keep windows and doors closed while it runs.
