Gas grill won't light

1. The grills are gas (propane), not charcoal. Tanks are new and full.
2. Open the valve on top of the tank slowly (turn it counterclockwise), then light the grill.
3. Low or no flame? Turn the burners off, close the tank valve, wait a minute, then open the valve slowly and try again. Opening it too fast trips the safety regulator.
4. Tank not connected? Message us.
5. Never put a fire starter or wood in the grill.
6. Grilling after dark? There's no light out back yet, so bring a flashlight or use your phone light.
